[petsc-users] KSPSetUp with PETSc/MUMPS

   call PetscViewerBinaryOpen(PETSC_COMM_WORLD, "mat_c_bin.txt", 0, viewer, ierr) 

This looks buggy. It should be:

   call PetscViewerBinaryOpen(PETSC_COMM_WORLD, "mat_c_bin.txt", FILE_MODE_READ, viewer, ierr)
