[petsc-users] Could not find make when building PETSc in Windows 7

cygwin should have already setup PATH correctly so that its listed first

What do you have for:

echo $PATH
which make
which rm
which grep
export PATH=/usr/bin:$PATH
which make
which rm
which grep
