To be clear, this is a maintenance release and is both source and binary
compatible with v3.  We encourage everyone to update.  The change log
Satish included are all bug fixes, documentation, or code maintenance
like a better error/warning message.

Due to this bug fix, you will have to re-run configure after unpacking
the new tarball.
