[petsc-users] SlepcInitialize Segmentation Fault

I get this from slepc example, to be specific modified Ex2 to suit my needs, 
I tested it for Petsc HelloWorld example which ran w/o segfault. But I'm not 
sure whether all the funcitonality of Petsc is being addressed  with runing such simple 
example, in any case PetscInitialize didn't raise segfault.
