[petsc-users] petscvec.mod version problem

1. Can you reproduce this with a petsc example? i.e src/vec/vec/examples/tutorials/ex20f90
2. Can you confirm openmpif90 is built with the same gfortran 4.8?
Perhaps the usage of -r8 is causing this error?
