[petsc-users] about ILUT preconditioner

[behzad baghapour]

Is it necessary to download and link SPARSEKIT with Petsc to use ILUT (with
threshold) as a preconditioner? If so, is it correct to configure Petsc with
--download-sparsekit in this matter?
