[petsc-users] sqrt: DOMAIN error during run

   If it runs in one mode (like in a debugger) but crashes in another (like not in the debugger) this is often a symptom of memory corruption:  http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/documentation/faq.html#valgrind
