[petsc-users] How to compile with DMDA

Dear all,

It may be a repeated question. When I want to run an example with DMDA, I
received the error:

"could not find pestcdmda.h"

I configured Petsc with --mpi-download=1, make a Petsc example with DMDA,
and run with mpiexec -n ....

What should I do more?
