[petsc-users] Getting infos out of MUMPS

Run your code with '-ksp_view' if PETSc KSP is used, e.g.,
~petsc/src/ksp/ksp/examples/tutorials/ex2.c:

./ex2 -pc_type lu -pc_factor_mat_solver_package mumps -ksp_view
...
            MUMPS run parameters:
              SYM (matrix type):                   0
...
              INFOG(12) (number of off-diagonal pivots): 0
