[petsc-users] Petsc has generated inconsistent data - Divide by zero!

Hi,

I am trying to solve the momentum equation. The 1st time step was ok, 
but at the 2nd, the error message is:

Petsc has generated inconsistent data - Divide by zero!

What does it mean? Do you know what is the likely cause of the error?

I did not find an unusually large values in matrix and RHS vector.
