about MatGetSubMatrices()

Hi, PETSc developer

Now, when using MatGetSubMatrices(), the submatrices are saved in one cpu.
Sometimes, the dimension of the submatrices are huge, it is impossible to
save them in one cpu.

I am wondering whether the submatrices can be saved in parallel mode when
using MatGetSubMatrices(). thanks a lot.
