PETSC error

Hi,

I got that problem when

1) The time you are allowed to be in the system exceeded and batch- 
system killed your processes.
2) I did not exit the program properly
3) One of the MPI installs afaik was a bit un-steady or not  
configured properly and caused error messages like this pop up after  
the program had exited (properly).
