On entry to DGEMV parameter number 6 had an illegal value

Hi!

When I'm running my code in the screen appears this message: "** On 
entry to DGEMV  parameter number  6 had an illegal value"

I've tried to find information in internet but I haven't found a link 
which apperas this message and a PetsC information. Is this problem from 
PetsC? What's happens?
