[Petsc-trilinos-discussion] webpage and contact list

   It sounds like we need a “webpage" and "contact email list" for “how to work with both PETSc and Trilinos in your application/library”. People seem to think they have no place to turn to get information/advice (though they do, for some reason they won’t use the resources available to them). 

    We could start with something like an extensible FAQ

     1) Installing Trilinos and PETSc so they may be used together ….

     2) Communicating information in Trilinos objects to PETSc or in PETSc objects to Trilinos objects ….

     3) Coupling solvers that use both PETSc and Trilinos …

  StackExchange like technology could possibly be useful for this or something else? With a couple Trilinos and couple PETSc people we could likely work through each issue quickly.   Thoughts on technology to use (could be as simple as just a mailing list but we should be able to do something better)?
