[petsc-dev] make error

Error during compile, check gnu-c-debug/lib/petsc/conf/make.log

  Send it (the file check gnu-c-debug/lib/petsc/conf/make.log)  and gnu-c-debug/lib/petsc/conf/configure.log to petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov <mailto:petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov>
