[petsc-dev] PETSc meeting not on web page ...

I agree. I see there is a page for each year. I was thinking that there was
a general meeting page.

(I would still suggest if anyone is editing the main page to add line like
'Join us for the PETSc annual users meeting every summer' with a link to
the most current meeting page)
