[petsc-dev] PETSc meeting not on web page ...

Hi Mark,

we are finalizing the registration system these days and announce soon. 
Better to have a fully populated webpage at the point of the 
announcement rather than giving a half-done impression if it's only a 
matter of a few days. :-)
