Useful pointer from Marshall. I looked at what they were doing, but it
seems to revolve around other packages. There were no
complaints about PETSc proper in that PR.

Matt,

The homebrew organizers are having all kinds to trouble with scientific
software (https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-science/issues/6365). Now
there appears to be some effort to get PETSc back into homebrew (
https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/23598). Maybe you or one of
the other PETSc developers can weigh in to help give guidance with all the
optional dependences?

Thanks,

Marshall
