Well, Barry, I'm not sure. These kind of VM issues are not frequent. This
way you know there was a problem and your commit was not tested, then you
can click the link and hit "Rerun" to try again. Of course, I agree the
message is suboptimal, maybe it should mention that the build did not pass
the setup.
