[petsc-dev] GAMG broken in master

  Hmm, it seems GAMG is only doing 2 levels in master for all problems?

./ex29 -da_refine 8 -pc_type gamg -ksp_view  

uses only two levels. Makes no sense.

 Did someone break it?
