[petsc-dev] PCBDDC

Hi,

I think PCBDDC is now stable enough to be available without the configure
switch --with-pcbddc. Could you please review and merge my opened pull
requests (134, 135 and 136) and remove the configure switch together with
the int64 restriction on the PCBDDC package?

I would like to solve any issues coming from the nightly builds before the
next release. If it is not safe to do this, I'm waiting for suggestions.
