[petsc-dev] Residual evaluation on GPU using OpenCL

Hi,

ex42 shows how one can do the residual evaluation on the GPU but it uses
Cusp and Thrust. Is there any way one can use OpenCL to evaluate the
residual on the GPU without copying the data back and forth from the CPU
after each iteration?

Also, what is the difference between -da_vec_type seqcusp and -dm_vec_type
seqcusp?
