Not everyone lives in a cave and uses the pony-express to communicate. Are really most PETSc users and developers complete troglodytes?

Note that you can setup mailto links to go to Emacs https://code.google.com/p/plume-lib/source/browse/bin/emacs-mailto-handler?name=v1.0.0 and alpine https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.mail.pine/puiLTBBQDBg

   Satish,

I like the mailto: link you have set up and would like it to stay. It looks great to me but it currently doesn’t do the address correctly: it gives me petsc-maint.anl.gov
when it should give petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov

Put it into next and master

   Thanks

   Barry

Nix the form web submission form idea, MCS has such a primitive web server system it will suck.
