[petsc-dev] build errror

Well, this is getting hard to reproduce so I'm going back to the beginning:

  711  git checkout master
  712  git pull
  713  rm -fr arch-macosx-gnu-O
  714  ./arch-macosx-gnu-O.py

and I get this error.
