[petsc-dev] build problem with suitesparse 4.2

Hello,

I am getting the attached error when building with the latest 
suitesparse on ubuntu (suitesparse 4.2). I think umfpack examples must 
be linked with libcholmod.so but I might be mistaking. I am building on 
ubuntu precise
