[petsc-dev] please do not replicate PETSc object options in examples

  Also don't provide monitors that exactly duplicate built in monitors; for example several examples had -drawcontours that identically duplicated -ts_monitor_solution

  It is fine to put in unique monitors specific for the problem that are not the same as producible with a command line option.
