[petsc-dev] Issues with DMComplexGetTransitiveClosure in Fortran

DMComplexGetTransitiveClosure (and Restore) work fine now. What are
the new restrictions on numbering mentioned in
src/dm/impls/complex/examples/tests/ex2f90.F?
