[petsc-dev] calling petscinitialize from fortran code

Sorry for late reply.
It seems it is related with using -h options in my FEM code. Is -h a
shortcut for -help for PETSc?
Indeed, ./src/ksp/ksp/examples/tutorials/ex2f -h prints all the options.
