[petsc-dev] PCApplyTranspose in BiCG

A change in tfqmr that broke it? A change in some underlying thing that tfqmr that broke it.
The "correct" way to track down the "bad" change is to us bisection with mecurial http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/hg.1.html#bisect it lets you quickly zoom into the change set that causes the change.
