[petsc-dev] BuildSystem Docs

I'm looking into using the PETSc BuildSystem for software other than PETSc.  This system seems to have a lot of functionality but I'm having some difficulty in figuring out what is needed to write a new module for use with BuildSystem.  I tried building the docs but didn't have much luck.  Is there another place where I could grab the documentation on BuildSystem?
