Different objects may have different prefixes, e.g. MG levels, ASM
subdomains, FieldSplit sub-problems. Perhaps better than per-object would be
per-(class,prefix), but that is much less natural to implement and showing
per object gives some indication that there are multiple objects to
configure (I'm thinking of what this will look like in a GUI).
