[petsc-dev] please prepare new patch for 3.1

Hi,

I'd like to know if I can resolve this problem by adding them to the header file? Or do I have to download the entire -p4 release ?
 
    PetscEnum MAT_SHIFT_NONE
    PetscEnum MAT_SHIFT_NONZERO
    PetscEnum MAT_SHIFT_POSITIVE_DEFINITE
    PetscEnum MAT_SHIFT_INBLOCKS
