[petsc-dev] Partial build a lib

  Look for Cmake in http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/petsc-as/developers/index.html and report all problems to Jed at this email. In particular the line Run make in the build directory  in the directions looks like gibberish to me. What build directory? What the heck is a build directory :-)

   I used make -j2 -C $PETSC_ARCH

successfully, but Jed needs to fix the documentation here.
