[petsc-dev] Partial build a lib

Dear All,
I am wondering is it possible to only partially update the PETSc build.

For instance, if I modified some function in src/mat/impls/aij/mpi/mpiaij.c,
what should
I do to enforce this change, instead of building everything again.
( I guess it's the "make lib" under the src/mat/impls/aij/mpi, right? I
think I asked the same question before...  )

Any pointer to the target and rules will be appreciated.
