jaguar and mercurial

Hi Peter,

I didn't realize that 'jaguar' and 'jaguarcnl' still have different module 
files, even though both are CNL machines now and both have all the same 
software installed.  I copied the module file over to jaguarcnl and you should 
be able to load it and use Mercurial now.
