These warnings are ok. Some of these warnings will be eliminated in the upcoming release of ParNCL that we plan to have soon (hopefully in a month or so).

After exporting the correct NCARG_ROOT path, I am able to run the scripts.
However, getting many warnings. for example the following:

(PS: I verified that lines, 3315, mentioned in the error message below does not correspond to the version of scripts distributed with parncl. This is most likely due to NCARG_ROOT pointing to another installation of NCL.)

Please also make sure that the NCARG_ROOT environment variable is set correctly to the parncl install directory before running the scripts.

Which version of ParNCL are you trying out? Please make sure that depending on the version of ParNCL source built you build/use the corresponding versions of ParGAL and MOAB libraries.
ParNCL 1.0.0 requires MOAB #3da2f0b and ParGAL 1.0.0
I will try out ParNCL 1.0.0 and see if I can recreate your issue.
