Error when compiling with SGI MPT

Greetings,

I have been using intel-mpi with PnetCDF and would like to explore
compiling it using SGI MPT.
When I run the make check and ptest in batch queue system, I got the
following error in the src/utils/ncvalidator/test-suite.log :
