Tests failures with OpenMPI 2.1

Hi there,

I’m building PNetCDF on ArchLinux, with OpenMPI 2.1 that just landed in
our repos.

Building with 1.10.6 was fine, but with this new version they are
failures during the tests. I’ve uploaded both logs (for the tests part
only, tell me if you need more), first one is with 1.10.6, second one
with 2.1:

What you want to look for in the second log is “stack smashing detected”.
