Configure error: with Intel MPI compilers.

Please try
./configure MPICC=mpiicc MPICXX=mpiicpc MPIF77=mpiifort MPIF90=mpiifort --prefix=$RLIB \
CXXCPPFLAGS="-DMPICH_IGNORE_CXX_SEEK -DMPICH_SKIP_MPICXX"
