Pnetcdf's 'make testing' assumes you build and run on the same platform. 
  On BGQ, that's not the case.  I'm pleased you found README.IBM, where 
you must have found the instructions for how to cross-compile 
parallel-netcdf.  Now you have executables that must run on the compute 
nodes, not the login nodes.

I don't know Kaust's setup for job submission, but you'll have to pick a 
few tests and run them by hand on the compute nodes.
