CDF-5 and svn code

I guess that I was misled by the website at
http://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/parallel-netcdf/wiki/ReleaseNotes-1.1.0
where it stated that 1.1.0 was released yesterday.

Anyhow, I am looking forward to the release version. Thanks for the great
work in parallel netcdf.
