Hi John

No Windows port that I know of.  Judging from
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/WIN32_README.TXT
it's quite an undertaking unless you use somethig like cygwin.

This is not something I plan on tackling any time in the near future.
Any volunteers?
