runtime problems with parallel netcdf on Apple intel machines

Hello,
I have compiled and installed parallel-netcdf-1.0.1 on apple intel  
machine. I am using openmpi and intel ifort fortran compiler.

I  am sending config.log and make.log file  and makeinstall.log

When we try to use any applications. It hangs.  the first pnetcdf  
command (nfmpi_create) has problems.

IS there any way that this could be solve??

totalview does not work on  parallelnetcdf. ??

Are there any other debuggers
