off_t and parallel-netcdf-0.9.4

Dear colleagues,

in the README.lage_files a remark asked to give some feedback if the
configure script detects the correct value of off_t.
I tried the configure under IRIX64 a few minutes ago.

Well, the configure.log shows clearly that


checking for large file defines... yes
checking size of off_t... 8

Moreover, the MPI_OFFSET_KIND is 8.
