parallel-netcdf 0.8.6 released

I've tagged parallel-netcdf 0.8.6 and put it out on the webserver

This is yet another bugfix release, trying to address issues with our
Fortran bindings and our build process on AIX.  Of note: 

. detection of the Fortran object symbol mangling convention should
  now work correctly
  
. If your MPI implementation does not call the c compiler 'mpicc' and
  the fortran compiler 'mpif77', these can be overridden with the
  MPICC and MPIF77 environment variables. 

As usual, thanks to all our new users for trying out our software.
We'll continue fixing problems as fast as you can find them.
