[mpich2-dev] Parent terminates when the spawned child terminates

This should be fixed in r7639 in the trunk and r7640 in the 1.3.x 
branch. Please try out the nightly snapshots 
(http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/tarballs/nightly); 
the latest version will show up in a few minutes.
