[mpich2-dev] [mpich2-maint] #733: Duplicate names for tests

I think that anything will be fine.  Most of the F77 tests end in f, and 
most of the F90 tests end in f90, but that only solves the first one 
(which I'm not sure needed fixing anyway).  I'm not too concerned about 
the others.
(I still get delivery failures to mpich2-maint at mcs.anl.gov)
