[mpich2-dev] Permission denied when executing the program

Dear all,

I have completed installing and configuring the MPICH2. But when I
execute
the program as the public user, I have met such a problem:

 mpiexec -l -n 4 cpi
problem with execution of cpi  on  admin:  [Errno 13] Permission
denied
problem with execution of cpi  on  admin:  [Errno 13] Permission
denied
problem with execution of cpi  on  admin:  [Errno 13] Permission
denied
problem with execution of cpi  on  admin:  [Errno 13] Permission
denied

the permision of cpi is ok.
bash-3.00$ ls -l
total 508
-rwxrwxrwx  1 root root 488035 Apr 25 00:56 cpi
-rwxrwxrwx  1 root root   2204 Apr 25 00:56 cpi.o
drwxrwxrwx  2 root root   4096 Apr 25 00:46 cxx

drwxrwxrwx  2 root root   4096 Apr 25 00:46 f90
-rwxrwxrwx  1 root root   5093 Apr 25 00:46 Makefile

there is some problem of mpd.
bash-3.00$ mpd &
[3] 10335
bash-3.00$ An mpd is already running with console at /tmp/
mpd2.console_test on admin.
Start mpd with the -n option for a second mpd on same host.

[3]+  Exit 255                mpd

the system command is ok
bash-3.00$  mpiexec -l -n 4 date
1: Mon Apr 27 03:47:08 CST 2009
0: Mon Apr 27 03:47:08 CST 2009
2: Mon Apr 27 03:47:08 CST 2009
3: Mon Apr 27 03:47:08 CST 2009

the OS is RH EL 4U4
could you give me some suggestions?
