[mpich2-dev] MPICH2 Pre-compiled Library Distribution

There isn't a precomplied version of MPICH2 right now, except for some
precompiled versions that others have created for Linux. There are links to
those on the downloads page. You have to compile your application with the
exact version you plan to run it with.
