[MPICH2-dev] Running MPICH2 with slurm Process Manager (fwd)

With MPICH2, all you need to do is link with the PMI library installed
with SLURM (see http://www.llnl.gov/linux/slurm/quickstart.html).
While SLURM version 1.1 was just released a few days ago, some sites
have been using MPICH2 with beta releases of SLURM for several months
in this fashion. I don't have any experience with mvapich2, so that may
differ. I'd be happy to update SLURM documentation with any information
that you can provide.
